BBC Children in Need

This is the email I received this morning from Mr Showell, Bennett’s Director of Music.  I think it speaks for itself!

Dear all,

The boys choir were utterly brilliant and fantastic at last night’s BBC Children in Need.

If you were watching you would have seen them singing Bridge over troubled water, from Glyndebourne, and our boys were on screen during the harmony section “sail on silver girl”. The Bennett boys were centre stage (obviously!!)

The boys were also interviewed – Charlie Carr and Andrew White – and appeared on BBC South East News as well as doing a series of smaller interviews for the World Wide Web and international BBC community.

They were ALL superb and I am really proud of them.

Thanks for all your ongoing support.

What a way to celebrate your first live gig, with an audience of over 17 million!!!

Bravo Boys. Very well done.
